Hello, everyone. Hope all of you well. Today i will share a simple recipe of how to bake cake/ egg cake recipe in oven, Thats it. And now i can not think any line of sentence to describe anything at all. Honestly, i am not good at words.
So when it comes to write after finishing any dishes, i just stuck a while thinking what should i write about. Because its easy to show you recipe step by step, but writing about the dish is very hard. Don’t know why i just black out. Hope it will get over very soon. Till then short description will be with you.
Egg cake is very simple recipe with a few ingredients. Its tastes yummy and also healthy. All the basic cake recipe is just alike universal. I bake egg cake in different ways. That depends on how much time i have or what ingredients has in kitchen etc and etc. Today’s recipe is my first bake cake recipe, So its gonna be real quick.
Lets go to the recipe of how to bake cake/ egg cake recipe.
All purpose flour 2cup
Baking powder 1sp
Baking soda 1/4sp
salt a pinch
Vanilla extract 1sp
Prep Time: 15min
Cook Time: 45min
Total Time: 60min
How to Bake Cake/ Egg Cake Recipe:
- Take bowl and mix all the dry ingredients (All purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt) together.
- Separate egg white and yolk.
- Beat egg white with beater or mixer or what you have. Beat until fluffy.
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk and oil step by step. Don’t over beat.
- Add half of mixing flour on sieve and stir the batter softly.
- Again put other half flour on sieve and stir gently. Beacause over stirring make cake hard.
- Spray a little oil on baking pan.
- Put batter on pan. you can take any kind of pan. i choose springform pan cause it easy to use and cake came out easily.
- Up and down the pan with batter. it helps to exit bubbles from inside, which very important for soften the cake.
- Preheat oven at 170°C and bake 45min.
- After that Check with a stick on cake, if it comes clean then everything OK. Otherwise you have to bake again. Don’t worry this time schedule always right for cake.
- Remove cake from pan and down it for a while.
- Cool it and Freeze.
- At last ready to serve.

Beat egg white
Sieve half of flour
Sieve other half
Spray oil on pan
Up and down the pan to exit bubble
Preheat electric oven at 170°C
Check with stick
Put down a while
Cool it and freeze
