Cabbage is one of king vegetable for me. Because i can pick it for anything. Like side dish or main dish or even mostly for salad dish. I just love the texture and flawless color of green leafy thing. By the way i am sharing ground beef cabbage recipe. It is so simple and easy to cook. And also save your time a lot.

Ground Beef Cabbage Recipe

When it comes to the point of nutrition and healthy meal, cabbage dishes are full of it. Cabbage enriched with lots of vitamins and minerals, also have the thing that we can’t find any other veges such as vitamin k, follate etc. Scientist research found that cabbage is mostly very beneficial for cancer patients. It protects us to keep healthy and helps to keep distance with those bacteria which caused cancer. Ancient skin beauty has also full of cabbage tips, how to use them for skin, hair and for other things. And the interesting thing is beef i used in this recipe is lots of iron combined. That makes the perfect meal for kids. When i go for weekly vegetables shopping my first choice is cabbage. Because i can put these in any dish. I have described mix vegetables there, in that also has cabbage.

1cup Grounded beef/ minced beef 

4cup Cabbage 

1sp garlic paste

1sp ginger paste

1/3sp black pepper

1/2cup oil

Green chilies

A pinch of turmeric


Prep Time: 10min

Cook Time: 20min

Total Time: 30min

How To Make Ground Beef Cabbage Recipe:

  1. It is one pot dish so don’t worry about cleaning dirty pan. Take a cooking pan and add oil to fry onion.
  2. Fry onion until it looks like golden brown, then add ginger and garlic paste.
  3. A little of stirring and sprinkle crushed black pepper, add beef.
  4. Stir beef, when its pinkish color go away add cabbage, green chili, salt, turmeric.
  5. Mix them very well and cook on medium heat for 15 min.
  6. Check if it cooks properly, spread coriander leaves and saute.
  7. Now ready to serve.
  8. Enjoy.


Take a pan and add oil to fry onion

Fry until it looks like golden brown

Then fry ginger and garlic paste

Add a little crushed black pepper 

Add beef i took mined one, you can use big size or slice one

Cabbage the king

Adjust green chili as you like

Sprinkle salt

Mix a pinch of turmeric for nice color or can avoid it

Cover and cook on medium heat

At last spread fresh coriander leaves

Ready to serve
