To make burger sauce, you need only tomato sauce, meyonesse and black pepper crushed. Though I like meyonesse so I add more meyonesse rationally, the ratio will be 5:2:1/2 sp of mixing. You can add little more or less adjusting as your taste.
How To Make Chicken Burger Recipe:
- First of all, take the chicken, make into little piece and boiled it for a long time as though it becomes so soft to mash up by hand easily.
- after boiling perfectly mashed the chicken very well.
- Then take bread and separate all the hard part from it and soak it in water and press by hand to drain water.
- And now mix the chicken mash and wet bread together.
- Then add all the loose ingredients and mix them.
- Add coriander, garlic, ginger, and egg. Mix them all together very well. If you see the dough become soft and thin then it is ok. If it doesn’t get the softness to look like perfect pattty, then add more bread wet to make proper consistency. Also, adjust salt and chili according to your taste.
- Next, make patty size pressing with hand and fry them in a pan until its look burnt or brown on medium heat. Add cheese slice to melt a little bit.
- Take burger bun and slice them with a hot knife and fry them for 30s on a pan.
- Spread sauce and decorate with lettuce, tomato, cucumber slice.
- Ready to dig in.

Chicken boiled and mashed well
Add wet bread
Mixed them very well
Add all the ingredients one by one
Mix all ingredients with coriander and last mix egg
Make a ball
Press to shape like patty
Ready to burn
Spread little oil and cook on medium heat
Let them to little run
Spread cheese to melt a while
Slice bun with a knife by half
Fry in a pan for 1 minute
Spread homemade sauce on each part of bun
Decorate as you want
Put petty and slice over
