Before i shared recipe of vegetables, that was a little different from this one. Ensuring a healthy eating habit, everyone should take fresh vegetables in daily meal. In my childhood, always create excuse to avoid vegetables type dish. Those days are gone, now i can not think a day without vegetables item. Even sometimes i call my maid asking her please borrowed some fresh vegetables for todays menu.
I think children always make excuse for not taking fruits or vegetables. But it is the elders duty to present vegetables wisely that they show their eager to eat them. Phrase said when one child learn something in their childhood it sketches in their mind. Just like that food habit is also planted in early age. Its a tricky one suggestion for all of you. In this recipe anytime can serve as dinner or lunch or snacks item with roller or paratha. Healthy vegetables recipe is beneficial and also makes you a healthy person.

How To Make Mix Vegetables Recipe:
- Cut all vegetables as like similar size. Wash and keep them aside.
- Take a cooking pan, add oil and fry onion.
- Add all the vegetables and saute.
- After that add turmeric, salt, then cover and cook for 15min.
- Uncover and stir when it becomes cooked, sprinkle coriander leaves. Saute very well.
- Ready to serve.

Onion, chili, garlic, tomato, coriander
Cover and cook for 15min
Add coriander leaves and mix
